With all the talk of marketing over the past weeks, I've been updating my MV 'favorites' list and have created a folder dedicated to nothing other
than Green Tree Python breeders and enthusiasts. I feel I'm knowledgeable of most of the chondro websites out there; however, I'm sure there are a few
others I'm not. If you have a chondro related website or know of non-members of this forum with sites, please promote the networking by sharing the link!

For those who don't already know, iHerp Pro is coming out in a little bit, it will be a website builder with your skin, your domain, your look, but the
iHerp animal/breeding engine, interaction with the iHerp members, email subscriptions/lists, etc. Basically, reptile business management with your look and
feel, your content, but updated by you with a web interface. So no more PITA updating of your site.
(not to spam it up, but it's coming soon, so heads up )

It would be nice if all the sites were maintained in a centralized location such as a sticky or something. Finding a list of reputable breeders is one
challenge that a newcomer to Chondros faces. If all of the information was consolidated somewhere it would probably be of assistance to the newbies and help
the reputable breeders' sales.

I've thought about making a thread with different husbandry related sites on it. But for breeders, they pay to have their site listed in the classifieds so
it would basically "screw" them over if we posted a sticky with breeder advertising for free.

Great post! I just put a link to this thread at the top of the forum, titled "MVF member webpages"
Also if you're a captive breeder of green tree pythons there's a link section in the MVF classifieds for you. Just follow the instructions there to be included in that list. |
