Went to feed one of my animals this evening and heard it wheezing. I have read thread after thread about RI's but never had the experience myself in the 3
years I have been keeping these. I typically feed in the evening, just after lights out. Because they are just waking up, I often have to tap them with the
mouse to let them know I am there. When I tapped this one, it wheezed. I tapped it again, and it wheezed again just before taking the mouse. My question is
this - is wheezing alone enough to warrant a vet visit? It has no other obvious symptoms of RI. Obviously still has a good apetite and, based on its feeding
records, is over due to shed. I know they can make sounds just before shedding but have always heard more of a clicking sound. Never heard this sound before
from any of them. If I should not worry at this point, when should I? What else should I look for?
