in what temperature pseudomonas can be destroy? if i hot water that contains pseudomonas in 100c pseudomonas can die?

the story:
i received 6 snakes on 15september from German and Austria breeder. 4 from German and 2 from Austria.
all snakes was on the same box, same temperature.
the 5 hatch ling was on the same rack on my house and the adult male aru on custom cage.
all snakes ate after 3 days.
1 hatch ling from German show mouth rot and RI after 2 days of feed.
the hatch ling died 20days later. very bad mouth rot... i discussed the story in here( http://moreliaviridis.yuk...eply/116308#reply-116308 )
Aru male now:
He is CB animal and 5 years old. he was prefect breeder on Austria very good breeder. and active on german forums.
the snake ate 5 times on me. before shows RI symptoms and mouth rot. after 25-30 days( i don't remember exactly ) when i receive the animal i notice RI symptoms without mouth rot. i leave the animal without any touch just increase of temperature and humidity in night for 1 week. i wait to see if RI pass. no any good sign. ( during this period i was in contact with the seller to ask him if this animal show ''fake'' RI symptoms when is near shedding cycle. negative. he never show again those symptoms. but he saw on other chondros like this.(i send him photo).because the symptoms doesn't pass i start to stress too much. so i decide to try again to find exotic vet but nothing. i was in contact with exotic vet in German we talk a little but i still waiting for reply....
so..
i went to a famous human laboratory( the DR is very good and friend) we seat and read the madders book in chapter for RI. he read the main bacterias that cause RI symptoms etch pseudomonas... he told me that he can detect those bacterias. i immediately took swap tools i took 2 samples from 1)mouth near glotis and deeper(on the black color ). the test show that there is many colonies pseudomonas aeuriginosa culture.

Sensitive to: ciprofloxacin(cipro) , Tazocin, fortum(ceftazidime)
Intermediate: gentamicin

i search a lot in the internet and madders book for refferences on ciprofloxcacin in reptiles but i only found dosage and too little info that make me afraid to give this drug.
i decide to give baytril that is same family of cipro ( fluoroquinolone ).
because i have bad experiences with stomatitis and tissue necrosis in mouth during the cleaning because some teeths broke. i decide to don't remove the white small pieases because made i cause trauma and i will increase the bacteria or help them to destroy the tissues.
so i only spray with human disinfection named octenisept. the pharmakesian say me that is one of the best in market. this drug isn't hot for the mouth and not dangerous if it go down.
i spray the mouth every 24h.
my dentist always before goes to fix my teeth s giving me antibiotic for some days and then i go back for teeth repair.
do i did the same. i treat my 800gr chondro with 0.85unit baytril to fix the bacterial infection for some days and then start to clean the mouth. if for some reason broke the teeth the the cause of infection will be low. so today 04/11 i was in the 3rd treatment. i put the snake outside i clean the mouth with my new method that minimize the cause of braking teeths.
( i bought a brush paint tool from bookshop i put in on hydrogen perioxide for some minute and the i clean with fresh water.)
i opened the mouth and i slow remove the white peaces. i was in sup rise because i haven't saw any blood near the teeth than other times. the mouth doesn't smell bad and when i remove the white pieces the mouth look 80% normal like healthy snake.
when i finished i treat the snake with oral baytril and after 20 mins i spray the mouth again with octenisept.
this time i saw many difference in recovery than other times.
i forgot to write that i fluid every day with 2% of body weigh . 16%ml
at the moment i am still afraid for my chondro life. maybe next day i will find him dead but you never know maybe this time this medicine work. i hope!!

i am a person who want to pay veterinarian to examine my reptiles but i am unlucky because i live in country that reptiles are devils. they dont need exotic vets so there is no any vet.
i spent a lot of money to buy medical drugs to treat my animals. some time they work very well but sometimes no.
pseudomonas is the hardest battle!

nfriedman.chondroforum : yes i belive stress is the most etiology that help pseudomonas to do party in my chondros. next time i will let all my new arrivars for 2 weeks without food to let them relax from the trip. + the feeding stress + bacterias on rats = sick.

Abstract Pseudomonas aeruginosa is one of the most frequently isolated organisms from infected burn wounds and a significant cause of nosocomial infection and septic mortality among burn patients. In this animal study, three antiseptic agents which were Octenidine dihydrochloride (Octenisept®, Schülke & Mayr, Norderstedt, Germany), polyhexanide (Prontosan®, B. Braun, Melsungen AG, Germany) and povidon iodine (Betadine, Purdue Pharma L.P, Stamford, USA) were compared to assess the antiseptic effect of their applications on experimental burn wounds in in rats contaiminated with P. aeruginosa. All treatment modalities were effective against P. aeruginosa because there were significant differences between treatment groups and control groups. The mean eschar concentrations were not different between polyhexanide and povidon iodine groups, but there were significant differences between the octenidine dihydrochloride group and the other treatment groups, indicating that the Octenidine dihydrochloride significantly eliminated P. aeruginosa more effectively in the tissues compared to the to other agents. All treatment modalities were sufficient to prevent the P. aeruginosa invasion into the muscle and to cause systemic infection. In conclusion, Octenidine dihydrochloride is the most effective antiseptic agent in the treatment of the P. aeruginosa-contaminated burn wounds; Octenidine dihydrochloride can be considered as a treatment choice because of its peculiar ability of limit the frequency of replacing wound dressings.

Octenisept® is the drug ( spray ) that i use to clean the mouth when i notice stomatitis. at the moment i dint notice any necrosis or teeth loose.
Octenisept® doesn't need to be clean or care if it shallow it doesn't hurt. is very safe for human mouth, body and injuries. it works very good.

hello.
today with a friend help i took some nice photo before and after the cleaning. i take a lot in many sides to be more easy to you to understand the situation.
today i am going to give the 5th baytril dosage. in the photos you can recognize that the chondro is litle dehydrated. i don't know how bad is if i continue daily hydrated the snake with 2% body weigh ( 800gr) about 16ml( ringers lacted). can he over hydrated and cause problem? i dint mist the snake to keep the bacterial down. the humid is about 45-60max in the cage. the snake is coil on the spot that is 30-31c.
today i saw the tongue after a long hiding period. no signs of shedding cycle.
i remind you that i clean the mouth with painting brush tool to be more smooth touch to the mouth and avoid injuries. it works very good and easy.
i thing octenisept do the job for mouth disinfection.
