I'm trying to make this as well but I might be traveling that weekend.
In the event that I can make it, I would be willing to be chauffeur for up to two people who might also be traveling down from close to my neck of the woods (York, PA). If you're from the same area of PA as me, and you want a ride to the restaurant and back, feel free to PM me...but have Plan B in place in case I can't get out of my travel schedule. Stu |

If there is enough interest for people to go to the Philadelphia Zoo on Saturday let me know. I could also give a tour of my campus and the science wing for
people who come (will have to clear it with the school first). I will be glad to play host.
Some stats: Philly zoo is small but has some neat stuff. I go to the zoo five times a year for field trips so I know it quite well. The rare animal house is worth the visit (Douc Langurs on display!) I live a mile from the zoo so it is walkable. I also live next to the art museum and 1/2 miles from the other museums (Franklin Institute & Natural History). I can tours of North and West Philly for the braver folks There are 3 good bars on my block, the one I am regular at is a great pub I will be driving down Sunday and know the way quite well if people want to follow me. I unfortunately live in a one bedroom apartment and would be more than happy to give people a floor to sleep on Saturday night, however space is tight. Unless it is Brian Fischer, he can have his usual spot on the left side of the bed. let me know if there is an interest. |

I have not been on the fourm much for the last couple months, and I am sorry I didnt read this sooner. I would love to attend the party. I am supposed to
bottle my super tuscan that has been barrelled for the last nine months on sat 8/8 in the morning, amd then have a BBQ and a few people over for the UFC that
is in Philly that night, but I do have some room for more and some couch and floor space. I hope to follow John Romano down on Sunday, although this is the
first he is hearing about it. Please count me in, and let me know if anyone is interested in the BBQ or place to crash Saturday...
