since i first got into chondros, i have always wanted an animal from the famed mb x carolina pairing, but i have never been able to acquire one for many
reasons. this past week, i was able to pick a male up from that pairing, from ryan blanton. i'm sure he is not as high blue as his siblings, but this
much blue is good enough for me! he's a beautiful animal, with a great appetite, and can be handled with no problems at all. he's a really hard
animal to photograph. in some pictures he has has alot more green than blue, but the opposite in other shots. I guess all chondros are that way. Better seen

i'm really digging the pinkish/red scales he has. Hopefully he will breed for me this upcoming season!

I remember when that animal was for sale a long time ago at a VERY good price. i was amazed at how long it sat befor being sold( i guess to ryan). He is for
sure the most unique MBxC animal i have seen. you should feel good to own him becuase there just arnt enough for everyone to have one. big time congrats!

Awesome snake Sony! Reminds me a little of the "Dream" line. I've always wanted one with that kind of coloration. Hope he works out for you.

Hey Sony,
Killer grab!!!! Ryan is nut's for letting that guy go. You need to do good things with him. If I remember correctly there was another animal out of that cluch that had similar red scales. Not sure where it is now though.... perhaps someone with good knowlege of the clutch can help us out here. LD (aka JEB) do you know which animal I'm talking about??? |

I was wondering where that snake ended up. For those of you who do not know the original owner, Frank Olivieri he is a great guy. He actually got me original
teaching job in Brooklyn. If you ever have a chance to talk to him take advantage, he is a very enlightening individual. I see him at the Hamburg show every
now and then.
