Police: Man Tries To Sic Pet Python On Officers
BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Bridgeport police said a city man tried to sic his pet snake on two officers. Authorities said the officers were investigating a reported domestic disturbance at 21-year-old Victor Rodriguez's apartment Monday when he ordered his 9-foot-long python to attack them. Police said the python didn't listen.
Rodriguez was charged with threatening police and disorderly conduct. Rodriguez and the pet were taken away. He headed to jail and the snake was sent
to the city's animal control shelter.
