These guys started hatching out on Tuesday night at Day 50 (artificial incubation, no-substrate, constant 87.5-ish). As of this morning, 5 of the 6 are out,
and the last yellow baby is still chillin' in the egg. Sorry for the dark pic, but it's the best I could do on my way out this morning.
I have no idea what to expect from these guys. The sire has consistantly produced mite-phase babies with his two previous mates, so there is no telling what might happen with the infusion of Biak genes.
As many of you know, I ended up losing Greta a few weeks ago as a result of reproductive complications and the associated surgery. She will be missed, but at least she's left a legacy of nice offspring over the years to carry on her lineage.
