If so, there is a product in the cabinet business used to repair plastic laminate that would work great, but I can't remember the name. I want to say seamfill, but that almost sounds too obvious.

Check with your local cabinet supply store and they can set you up.

Otherwise, I would think any white painters putty would do a good job of hiding the holes.
