Male - he's got a nice light colored tail.
Female
I really don't care where they are from, I just like them and hope to see offspring someday. Just thought this might be a fun thread.

OK Ron, since you seem to like locality specimens... what do you think these two are?

Rico
First one looks like a manokwari, only tail color is ""wrong". Other one has some influences from Wamena looking at the dark sadles.. In Short i dont think they are locs, but mixed animals. OC

I think they are both great! No matter which locs they are!
But the locality should be named hot spot!!!

Can I play too. I'd guess the first is Lereh, the second is of wamena heritage?

Thanks Ron and everyone for the input.
I'm quite sure they are from some "locality" but we'll never really know. Both animals were adult imports and based on the parasite load's I'm quite sure they were probably wild caught. The blotched female was supposed to be from Arso and they male had some tag as well but I didn't give it much credit. Basically I didn't care where they were from... I just liked the look of the female and had to take the pair to get her. With a little luck there may be some offspring from her in 09. It will be interesting to see what she produces. Thanks and take care. |

That is the best way Rico,to keep your animals.
If you got them imported you can presume them as org loc,s. Some people really like to know where they come from,to those i give my view. Witch surtenly doesent mean i know everything. Same with people all come from The US(for sample) but a lot look different.LOL This goes for gtp,s also, for myself i like to see different localities. Hope we can in the future discuss our mutual interests verbal. Take care OC P.s Arso is a village close to the border of papua new guinea. Most farms dont lie abouth where animals come from, they only ask more if a animal is yellow or blue(adult) I will see if i can go there end of the year. Same as Aru and Asmat so many places to see there hahaha.

From what I see I would call the first one Lereh. Alot of white though.
Rico Please check this out. Freek Nuyt really likes the Lereh locality. http://www.fnreptiles.com/morph.asp?ID=4&Species=Lereh%20Green%20Tree%20Python
