This may seem silly, but I'm relatively new to chondros, only having had my first one (a < 2 year old manokwari type female) for approx. 4 months.
Needless to say, I'm extremely paranoid about every little thing I notice with her, much more so than I have ever been with any of my colubrids or other
boids. This afternoon when I got home from work, I noticed she had a tooth protruding from her left side upper jaw, down over her bottom lip. She let me
nudge it around a little, and eventually the whole tooth fell out. I then noticed a similar situation on her right side upper jaw, but this particular tooth
did not seem to be loose, only out of place. Eventually, she reset her jaw and all seems fine for now. Is this type of thing normal stuff, to be expected
every now and then, or could it be an indicator of something more serious? I'm just a little worried it may start an infection of some sort, or may become
a chronic problem..... Unfortunately, I forgot to take any pics..... Well, just let me know what you guys think ... Thanks,
- Nate
