I saw that second one in person. It's not a cage, it is art, in every sense of the word!

Rainforest Enclosure | ||

It was commissioned by yours truly and sculpted by an eccentric artist who has dropped out of sight since. It is a one-of-a-kind piece, featuring all the "bells & whistles" imaginable and cost as much as a fully loaded 3 series beemer! |

Sounds like a plan, Ro.
I was there last year....didn't see you though. Did you attend? |

I was babysitting Rico's female. I think it was a good decision! It was either that Saturday or Sunday that she had them.
Best Daytona I never attended... Rolo

BPP...I am curious about something. Did that guy use anything to capture the image that he was envisioning in order to produce that cage?

Rolo,
First & foremost the artist was extremely talented and I have to give credit where it is due. One of my closest friends is responsible for the functionality & flawless operation of the unit. So far as the concept is concerned, I conveyed, verbally, for the most part, my vision of a piece of the rain forest as seen in my travels, to the artist. Believe me, it took many long hours of discussions to get it just right. As you know, art imitates life and this piece came out as close as possible to perfection. Or as you put it "I saw that one in person. It's not a cage, it is art, in every sense of the word! I think nature itself may be challenged to duplicate that one!" The sheer beauty of the piece leaves the viewer spellbound but without actually seeing the enclosure in operation, it is impossible to truly fathom and appreciate the dynamics and functionality of it: The three waterfalls, the lake, the filtration system, the ventilation system, the temperature controls, the day/ night cycle, the rain system, the tree top hollow nesting site for GTPs to lay eggs in and to top it all, virtually zero maintenance! All of the above features are fully automated and can be calibrated to precise levels or controlled manually if desired. Even people who despise & loathe snakes have commented about never having seen anything quite so beautiful! As someone said, a snake within this enclosure is like the artist's signature on a masterpiece! I sit in front of it and gaze at it for two hours every day to relax and unwind. It is very therapeutic! As the Godfather from the WWF used to say "Pimpin' ain't easy" |

Dude...you need to bring that guy back to the States. Set him up with one of those babes and he should stick around for a while. Then again, wasn't he
batting for the other team...
