I am doing this on my own- I am not affiliated with them in ANY way just good friends.

http://www.sprucenubblefarm.com/chondros/index.php need. But check them out! great people to deal with. I am happy with mine from them. give them a holler and check them out! Judge them for your self.

No big deal either way just trying to help out the little guys!

Good, go getter idea, put this on other forums also though. You are barking up the wrong tree at this forum, mostly the hardest of the hardcore here. Make sure you check each sites forum rules also so you don't waste your time.

Its not against the rules to my knowledge, and don't take it personally. It is just my opinion that if a company is paying people to give out their name, they probably have their priorities a little off. You should encourage people to buy from breeders whose number one passion is reptilian, not monetary.

I am just tring to help send their name out there. not alot of people have heard of them and they are great people. their #1 is the care of the animals. end of story. I have bought 2 from them and they said they would help me for any referal. I see nothing wrong with that. This is how (great) companys get started

Here is what you did you posted a post that belongs on a different type of forum on this forum where some of the top US breeders and the people who look up to them come to play. I am on your side Taz.

Well I didn't mean to Offend anybody, I just didn't think anyone with the love of Chondros cared where they come from as long as they are good quality and rasied with love! My bad!!
I am new to this forum thing and didn't know the Chevy's couldn't hang with the Lexus's I didn't know that there is a high class of forums. that seperate the lower class from the rest.

No, Taz, you took it the wrong way. I'm sorry, My point was that it was a good go getter idea and you would be better served also trying it on different forums, especially if you want to help these people out.

All I was saying is this is not a better "Lexus" crowd just not the crowd that will get your idea much interest. I hope you understand.

i think your taking this too personal russ i visited the web site and thought it was cool i peronaly wouldn't buy an animal from them because i olny buy designers now .however they seem to have very nice animals at reasonalbe prices good luck helping them out.

I do understand. I just didn't want to post this for this reason that some people would get pissy. but I figured if I could get some help buying my snake and help someone buy their snake, then no harm no foul.

The problem isn't that you are supporting your friends and their business, but that you're using bribery to do so. You would have had better luck just posting your two animals that you aquired from your friends and explaining your successful transaction. When you say you will pay someone to do business with a particular person, it makes buyers think there is some problem that people would not do business with them unless they were paid to do so. If your friends want more business, they can come here and share their knowlege and experiences with other members of the forum and earn their business.

I may be wrong, but wasn't it Spruce Nubble that posted some comments a while back that drew some unfavorable responses? Regardless, I recognize the name and I'm certain he/they have posted in the past. I agree with Diana as far as the manner in which you are going about promoting them. $50 aint' even half a peanut compared to a reputation built on good business practices and, more importantly, demonstrating that you are into the chondro hobby for reasons of higher priority than simply exchanging cash. This is not meant to be a judgement, so try to understand the points that have been raised. And don't stop visiting this forum on account of thinking you are not welcome. You absolutely are.

I just wanted to help and aperntly can't do that with out sounding like an a$$. or making them sound bad. they are in it for the love of the animals and I made it seem bad so that is my fault.

Problem solved! I have emailed them and told them not to worry about it and i have changed the first post!
I didn't mean for them to sound bad, I just was trynig to help.
it is 100% my fault not theirs!

no it was ALL me they had nothing to do with it. I just replied to the original email and said that would not be nesscary and left it at that. I had not responded to the first email untill now!
it is all me. I put this up and i will fix it. they have no knoledge that I even posted any of this. DONT judge them. be mad at me not them.

Just an FYI I was only getting the $100 once not for all referals. just the first one.
