meant morels. small batch from today. the yellow ones are prettier, but the black are SOOOO rich. any other shroomers out there.

I am so jealous! We rarely get morels in Colorado, but we don't have some wonderful boletes, oysters, occansional chantrelles, shaggies, and a few others.
I was a TA for mycology at Colorado State University.
