I wish you the best with your mold condition. It's tricky at times. Motion of air may help reduce mold generation. Here's some general observation if it's of interest.

At times the egg can be dead and then develop mold to give the impression the mold killed the egg. Often this mold develops first on top of the embryo. At other times some eggs are just easy to mold and die perhaps due to thin egg shells or another condition. Mold isn't good and always nice to be without, but unfortunately it's not always avoidable with some eggs.

Here's an example of two egg types. The right egg is very thin and came from a group which easily fell victim to dehydration and mold.


Here is one egg that survived through incubation with the white mold. The snake died several months later due to an internal deformity. It's the only egg of 42 that suvived. Many of the other eggs were much like little water balloons they were so thin. 2 eggs of the 42 were retained in the female and surgically removed.
