and familiar with the area....do you know any suppliers of cypress mulch? I need to get a bunch of bags, and finding it impossible to get in CT. Lowes and Home
Depot don't carry it here, and the garden centers that have it in the spring charge over 10.00 a bag. I used to be able to get the Rose brand at gas
stations every Summer for a few bucks a bag.

Kim my nursery is getting a load at the end of the month, they charge me contractors price ,7 bucks a bag. are you comming up to ski the last days of the
season? I am actually gonna stop using it in my chondro cages .alot of the guys here convinced me its just not sterile enough.so i`m trying the paper towel
route .let me know if you want some bags.

Kim I'm 75% sure I'm going, I have to pick a few more cages, I could see if the Lowes in Norristown PA gets in a shipment before then, if they I could
fill up my pick up for you.

kim you live in conn. theres a spot in rhode Island regal reptiles you can get it at thats were I get mine

Kim - I will go to Buffalo for April break (how exciting!). Before I started teaching I had a landscape business there. I maintain a few good customers, as
well as contractor pricing with suppliers there. I can get Cypress Rose (nice rosse red, dark color) for $4.00 a bag. I can buy as many as you want for a year
and bring you a few at a time when you go to Hamburg. Or, call landscape companies where you are. Somebody has it, Lowes and Home Depot have never carried it.
They use 2 cu ft bags, then advertise cheap prices, but contractor bags are 3 cu ft. Do the math, they really aren't that cheap...
I feel like we were just at Hamburg, and rational thinking tells me not to go, so I'll probably be there ! |
