David,
Not sure about the racks but I have one of their cages and it is the best cage that I have every own. It is for my 8 ft Peruvian Redtail Boa. Awesome customer service as well. I have friends that have them and they love them too. I am sure the racks are made the same way. Tri

David, I bought two of the CB-70 racks from them at the Chicago show. I'm very happy with them, and the peaple have been really easy to deal with. I got
one rack with belly heat, cause its what i was use to. The other i tried their dual side heat and really like it, maybe more then the belly heat. The side heat
tape was alot easier to install by the way. They are easy to put together, depending on the size you might need a helping hand. For the Price, they are hard to
beat i think.

As far as the product goes it is super. I have a Sterilite 1752 rack from them and it's great. The customer service is good also, as far as keeping in contact with you goes I guess. HOWEVER, I really, really, really had to keep emailing them. When I placed my order, after about a week I emailed them because I didn't get a confirmation and wanted to know what the wait time would be. I got an apology email back saying I should have got a receipt email when I ordered, they sent that to me and said it would take 3-4 weeks for the rack. About 2 months later (7 weeks exactly I believe) I emailed them because I still hadn't gotten the rack or heard anything. I got another apology email back saying they were on schedule, they had lost my order. Something about misplacing orders from time to time. I said, "no problem" and they shipped the rack out right away" Then after the rack arrived, the heat cable was on backorder (not AP's fault), but after I received the heat cable, it didn't work.(again not
really their fault....but), after ANOTHER apology email, they said they normally test the cables before they send them, and that this one must have slipped
through the cracks.
That was 3 weeks ago, I still don't have my replacement heat cord. In fact, I'm emailing them today about it. Again, they were very good about getting back to me by email, but that was a whole lot of, "slipping through the cracks". So, I definitely recommend staying in close contact with them if you order. The product was very good, I would, and will, order from them again because of the quality, but I guarantee you that I will stay right on top of my order.

I have several of their racks. For the money, they are hard to beat.
IME, customer service has been ok. Like was mentioned above, they are good at staying in touch and responding to emails. My racks were delivered within a week of when promised.... I did send weekly emails to check on status throughout the waiting period. On my first order, they forgot to include the castors, and on the second order they left out the toe-kick. In both cases, they sent me the missing parts via overnight carrier as soon as I notified them.

I have one of their larger deluxe sweater tub racks, that I acquired from Kirk Mills... I think I prefer it over my Boaphile rack of the same size. The AP rack
is a hell of a lot lighter, disassembles for easy moving and is easy to put back together(uses screws), and the heat cable that it uses gets a bit warmer,
faster, then the 3" strip of heat tape that the Boaphile uses. Boaphiles are welded/glued together and i've broken a few spots in the welds trying to
move the damn heavy thing around. lol.

I have a lot of racks and cages of theirs. I've been buying from them for years and have no complaints so far. Not that it's any excuse for what
happened to you Brian, but I know they're crazy busy. I had a heat cable go out on a rack I've had for about four years and they overnighted me a
replacement one free of charge. Hard to beat.
