That does seem unusual. Maybe for the passed animals an internal exame could reveal some conditions of disease. If you were to look and take images of
internal organs some of the people here may have some sugestion.
How are your temperatures? |

Danny,
Were they showing any other signs besides the aggression? Any kind of neurological issues? I'm sorry that you lost some of your collection. Kim "Wow, that is a hot snake, I would definitely hit that."

I don't have them anymore for any types of autopsy. As for Neurological issues, I think that can fall under the "strange agression". they would
try to bite, half a bite, bunt you with thier head, to full on wired angle bunts... you really have to see it to know. Like if they are annoyed at you
they'd bunt you a few times before they bite. But they all start doing it out of order, bite, bunt, bunt, bite, and some times fall off the perch doing it
or strike with their head to the side. And when you leave, and come back, they look lost, and always startled after you reveal that you are there. I just would
like to know if this is contagious.

Danny,
If that milksnake dies, you may want to have her sent out for a full necropsy...the lab will need the entire body. Have you had any mites in your collection, or have you introduced any animals into your collection without a quarantine? Here are a few links to read. I am in no way saying that is going on with your collection. This is just good info to have. http://www.anapsid.org/ibd.html http://www.vet.uga.edu/VPP/Undergrad/Sand/index.php Do you have a good reptile vet? Until you figure out what this is, I wouldn't introduce any other animals into the collection. If anyone else has any suggestions/ideas, please post.
