hello I had a neo shed last night all came off except for the top of the head just looking for some advise on how to get it off without hurting my baby

You can hold a damp cloth on it for a minute, then see if it gently rubs off. However, as long as it's just a little piece and the eye caps came off, I
wouldn't worry about it.

Can you let her soak for a little while in a heated tub with water and a paper towel "island"? I find that even a little stuck shed on the head
needs to be really soft in order to come off quickly with the least amount of stress in hand for the neo. Once she's soaked, you can then use the wet
paper towel to roll it right off her head as she wiggles through it in your hand.
