Hi,
This unsexed 90 gram neonate (#13.07) is one of a small clutch from a very special pairing between the very famous Lemon Tree Founder and Celeste.
--The LTFM has never, ever been successfully outcrossed before this pairing.
--The LTFM has not sired a clutch in seven+ years prior to the one with Celeste.
--Zero male rotation! The LTFM sired this clutch. I'd like that to be as clear as possible as too much of that goes on IMO.
--He is getting up there in age--and showing it--and this may be his last ever available offspring as the current pairing with the PNG female this year appears a flop.
--This neonate is from one of the very few successful black eye x black eye pairings.
--Celeste is HY yet is blueline and has clutchmates that are True Blues.
--This neonate is an aggressive feeder on frozen/thawed.
--This particular blood-mix is unique, impossible to replicate and a good bet for the long-term thinking breeders.
--Appears to be on track as a tricolor but the phenotype is secondary to the blood, imo. The green does have a hint of teal to it though.
