I think it's more like a checking account where they "take" the monthly or annual fee and leave the rest... But I could be wrong... Again...

In reality contributions of sharing information and the enjoyment of chondros with each other is priceless.
The forum would be quite dull if nobody posted, and the growth of chondro interest and making of friends is the greatest value.

Jon the MarlboroMan pretty much nailed it.....the response, ability to ask a question and field ideas is worth a lot. There are nearly 1000 members and
probably 300 hard core. 10-20 bucks each every one or two years would defray the cash burden Greg has shouldered for many years alone. Same goes for
Chondroweb where they pay too, to keep it advert-free viewing.
