With artificial incubation, my females tend to shed right around the time my eggs in the incubator begin to hatch. I was wondering if the same holds for those
females incubating maternally? For those folks who have had successful maternal incubation clutches, is this the case? If so, are the females opaque when the
eggs are pipping? and so she sheds shortly after all the little ones have emerged? I'd like to read others' experiences. Thanks, Richy

Well, I was "hoping" that some folks with breeding experience in both artificial and maternal incubation would add their 0.02 to this thread, but
maybe most folks here don't have that background or knowledge.

Well, Rich, my massive experince is one clutch and I used artificial incubation. I pulled up the database and the female laid 1/20, first pip (natural) was
3/9, last hatchling out was 3/12. Female was back on food and went opaque 3/20 with a shed on 3/26.
