John, Thanks! He is ok looking...he has to be one of the most laid back animals I have. I am interviewing for a post doc in one of the cancer genetics labs and giving a seminar at Vanderbilt University Medical Center next month, if I can keep my sanity. I have just starting putting the presentation together but the idea of presenting my research to a whole auditorium of people a lot smarter than I am has my nerves fried. Thanks for asking. Michael |

Are you doing your post doc at Vanderbilt? As far as speaking to a room full of people smarter than you, it's no sweat, I do it everyday as a high school teacher.

That boy is looking super nice, best of luck with him this year! As for speaking in font of peers just like I said before confidence and the right perception is all you need. One last thing by the right perception I mean you have to visualize that all the girls are nude and all the men look like CR with ball gags!
