Hi,
A number of folks have asked me about the goings-on with her, so here goes.
She has been in the nest box for two months; she just loves it in there! She swelled (second swelling) and ovulated in the bucket. I've been concerned about hydration so I have, a few times, gently lifted her out and sprayed her down and she'll drink but go back in immediately or right after lights out.
As you can see, her prelay shed was all about business and then back into the bucket:

Today, this afternoon, she graced me with an appearance to do some contractions (ribs moving like oars on a ship, if you never caught it) and to pose for a couple shots. She returned to the bucket a few hours before lights out. She looks very good and is quite large.
We'll see what happens in the next 10 days or so.
