A friend of mine recently got an adult "female" chondro. This chondro shed twice since he got him. I saw a few pics of these sheds and told him, in
my humble opinion, this chondro was a male.

I say she also. The sperm plugs I've seen,while longer like those, are much thinner and pretty pointed. Not blunt like the pictures of yours.
