iHerp did not launch publicly until April 2008, I can understand why he may have thought that his idea was copied/stolen. I saw the original post and remember
specifically thinking how similar it was to what I already knew Aaron was working on. I can attest to the fact that iHerp was very similar to what it is now

Even if it was reverse engineered to spec from an existing application, there is zero copyright protection for software &quot;concepts&quot;.

It is like the Ford family trying to sue someone for building an assembly line. Can&#39;t do it.

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;ve been involved with iHerp for a number of years before it went live..since Tuesday, September 27th, 2005, to be exact. Like Cleve stated, he has been
at it since at least 2003, and anyone that knows Aaron would attest to the fact that he is nothing but a stand up guy, and he certainly would never rip anyone
off. He would not risk his reputation in the reptile community.

demo&#39;d working software then as an &quot;alpha&quot; tester (and it had LOTS of bugs then I can attest ;-) - but was essentially all in place in terms of

It would not be so bad except that Aaron was an admin over at Chondroforums. If Aaron had no way of knowing about my applications prior to developing iHerp,
