Vairo, good luck to you on this pairing. Uncommonly beautiful animals. I'm not real sure that the female is an aru though. She has a long skinny snout, where most arus have a fat stubby face. Either way, tremendous pairing. I'm a believer in the "CB=no high white" theory, but I sure hope you change that. Keep us up to date on how it develops.

19 days after prelay shed, she layed yesterday 19 in apparence fertile eggs and no slugs!!

Arus are one of my favorite locals and those are as good as it getts for this type. Looks like I will need to start my CITES paper work so I can get some babies.

This has got to be the nicest Aru pairing of the century! A word of advice, if you hatch anything... you have to keep them all until they change! They will produce high white offspring, a few of them will be as nice as the parents.
